Special Issue Information

In today’s rapidly evolving and hyper-connected business landscape, organizations face increasing pressure to cultivate agile, innovative, and high-performing workforces. Human Resource Development (HRD) plays a pivotal role in ensuring that employees continuously acquire new skills, adapt to technological advancements, and contribute effectively to organizational success. Knowledge is a critical asset in the modern economy, and its effective management is essential for maintaining competitive advantage. Organizations that prioritize knowledge sharing and collaborative learning empower employees to solve complex problems, improve decision-making, and accelerate innovation. This special issue focuses on the intersection of knowledge sharing, collaboration, and HRD, exploring how organizations can harness internal and external knowledge networks to enhance employee performance, foster innovation, and drive sustainable growth.

We welcome research on:

AI and fuzzy logic in HRM, including AI-driven talent management, including automated skill assessments and career path recommendations.

Collaborative technologies (e.g., digital workspaces) that improve knowledge exchange in hybrid work environments.

Cross-cultural HRD strategies for global teams, ensuring inclusive learning and innovation.

By bridging knowledge management and HRM, this issue aims to develop sustainable, high-performance workforces. We invite theoretical, empirical, and case-study contributions to advance research and practice in this critical field.
