Abstract

This paper aims to investigate the application of digital technology in  community governance to address the challenges faced in traditional  community governance. It begins by emphasizing the importance of  community governance and highlighting the limitations of conventional  methods. The study then explores various solutions offered by digital  technology, including data-driven decision support systems, the use of  social media and online platforms, and intelligent and automated  community services. Through the analysis of practical cases, it provides  evidence of the effectiveness and feasibility of digital technology in  community governance. The ultimate goal of this research is to establish a  theoretical framework and offer practical guidance on how digital  technology can empower community governance.
