Abstract

Influenced by the Internet, e-commerce live broadcasting has emerged as  a new form of media. By expanding its functionality and continuously  strengthening its capabilities, it enables online trading activities, providing convenient shopping conditions for online users and gaining  high recognition from a large user base. However, the industry's  development analysis reveals regulatory challenges in e-commerce live  broadcasting. Due to multiple influencing factors and a wide range of  service groups, the legal relationship between e-commerce live  broadcasting and various entities cannot be guaranteed when various  technologies are comprehensively applied. This poses a threat to the  rights and interests of all parties involved. Thus, it is crucial for relevant  departments in China to prioritize this issue, thoroughly analyze and  address the supervision problems in e-commerce live broadcasting, and  effectively regulate the industry in accordance with laws, regulations, and  industry mechanisms. This will help maintain the orderly development of  the industry market and establish a more formal live broadcast platform.
